Affiliate Program Terms
1. Affiliate Program Overview
The Company offers an affiliate program that allows approved affiliates to promote the platform and earn commissions by referring new users. By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all policies related to the affiliate program.
The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate from the program at its sole discretion.

Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions when a new user:
Registers through the affiliate’s referral link, and
Successfully subscribes to a paid plan on the platform.
A qualifying referral must be a new customer who has not previously registered or subscribed to the platform.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for commission.
4. Recurring Commissions
Commissions earned through the affiliate program are recurring.
Affiliates will receive commission payments for each billing cycle (for example, monthly) as long as the referred user maintains an active paid subscription.
Recurring commissions will continue only while:
The referred user maintains an active subscription
The subscription payments are successfully processed
The affiliate remains in good standing within the affiliate program
If the referred user cancels their subscription, fails to pay, receives a refund, or the subscription becomes inactive for any reason, the associated recurring commission will immediately stop.
5. Commission Rates
Commission percentages or payment structures will be determined by the Company and may be communicated through the platform, affiliate dashboard, or official announcements.
The Company reserves the right to modify commission rates, structures, or eligibility requirements at any time.
6. Payout Schedule
Affiliate commissions will be calculated and paid according to the Company’s payout schedule.
Payments may be issued monthly or at intervals determined by the Company, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold, if applicable.
The Company may delay payments for verification, fraud review, chargebacks, or refund processing.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a referred customer receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, or the payment is reversed for any reason, the related affiliate commission may be reversed, withheld, or deducted from future payments.
The Company reserves the right to adjust commission balances accordingly.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in activities that harm the Company, the platform, or the integrity of the affiliate program.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Self-referrals or creating accounts to generate commissions
Fraudulent or fake registrations
Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
Spamming or unsolicited advertising
Bidding on the Company’s brand name in paid advertisements without permission
Using unauthorized coupons or promotions
Impersonating the Company or representing themselves as employees or official representatives
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination from the affiliate program.
9. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and regulations.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting the platform where required by law.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the affiliate program at any time if these terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions earned through violations of these terms may be canceled.
11. Program Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program or any part of it at any time.
The Company may also update these Affiliate Program Terms periodically. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
